    Answer phones and assist in the banquet department with handling, processing of Banquet Event Orders. Assist in taking reservations for holidays and special events, biweekly payroll, reconciliation and balancing of banquet checks printing menu cards, signs and assisting with all administrative tasks of a typical fast paced banquet department  Able to work well under pressure and with deadlines. Must have strong computer skills, must be proficient in Word, & Excel. Previous experience preferred.
