Coordinate all aspects of Conference Management as it pertains to meeting, party or social event, all Food and Beverage requirements, recreational and leisure activities. Prepare Banquet Event Orders and Group Resumes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Insure that what is outlined in the sales contract is properly executed while exceeding guest expectations.
- Assist sales department by providing technical assistance and advice.
- Type correspondence and internal communications.
- Assist clients in choosing and planning menu, audiovisual needs as well as conference space.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various departments to insure all needs of the client are met.
- Meet and conduct site inspections with clients and meeting planners.
Previous expereince in the industry preferred, knowldge of Delphi helpful.
Ability to work flexible schedules to include weekends and holidays.
