SUMMARY Oversee the day-to-day operation of Bullfrogs. Serve guest in Bullfrogs in a professional and friendly manner while attending to their needs promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction.
Assist Manager in directing and organizing staff, supervises front and back of the housse during meal periods. Ensure proper opening and closing dutes are being completed. Provid nightly recap reports and enter gratuities as business dictates. Has direct communication with guest ensring guest satisfaction.
Must be able to work flexible schedules, weekends and holidays.
Must have previous supervisory experience in restaurant environment.
