    Must have excellent communication, phone etiquette and guest service skills. Previous OPERA knowledge highly preferred with experience in making reservations and staying well informed of all resort amenities, must have organizational and time management skills.  Must be willing to cross-train in other areas of the Front Office. Shift times vary and most weekends, holidays availability is required.
