To supervise the day-to-day operation of the front desk. To serve Legacy Lodge in a professional manner, maintain guests records in an orderly manner, and work with others in anticipating and servicing guest’s needs. Directly supervises 4-6 employees in the Front Desk Agent. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Candidate must have previous Hotel Front Desk experience.
