Overview

Prepare guest food in accordance to department standards. Ability to cook using standard dry, wet and combination cooking methods; able to use all food prep equipment for cooking, preparing, slicing, baking and mixing. Able to read follow standardized recipes, use scales, measuring cups and other portioning devices. Bakery and pastry experience required. Good math and verbal communication skills required. Able to lift 50lbs. Previous hotel, resort experience required - minimum of 1 year.  ** Weekend, Nights and Holiday availability **
