Assist the Executive Housekeeper on the day-to-day operations within the Department. Ensure that all areas of Housekeeping and Laundry are maintained up to our standards; must be super-organized. Previous high volume hotel and leadership experience. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; able to communicate. Bilingual preferred, Spanish and English with ability to communicate effectively to all guests and all levels of staff. Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, intermediate Excel), as administrative duties do apply. Weekends and Holidays required.
