Help oversee the day-to-day operation of Bullfrogs. Serve guest in Bullfrogs in a professional and friendly manner while attending to their needs promptly and courteously to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with Budget, accounting, operating procedures, rules and regulations, and overseeing the server staff. Attend to guest at their table or the counter, informing them of daily specials, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables and preparing their bill. Abide by all state, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
