Previous knowledge and experience in completing balances and files, night audit reports on the various areas of the hotel, provide accurate, timely information in accordance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures. Assist the Front Office Manager by overseeing the responsibilities of the Front Desk and Front Office staff and to ensure that the guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner. Must be personable, outgoing, work well under pressure, and customer service oriented. Related experience in a Hotel Front Desk and/or Accounting background and familiarity with hospitality industry practices highly preferred. Previous supervisory experience required. 3rd Shift availability.
