Prepare and serve employee meals in accordance to department standards. Responsible for the service of the employee dining room, set-up for daily use, monitor food temperatures, employee activity, etc. Set-up includes beverage machine, desserts, cold and hot foods, plastic ware, napkins and condiments. Must maintain the cafeteria area sanitary; ensuring tables, food areas, chairs and floors are clean. Must be available Mon-Sun, 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. Depending on scheduling needs. Previous full service kitchen experience required - minimum 2 years.
