Provide Exceptional guest service responding to all group and fit guest needs promptly and courteously. Be knowledgeable about all Front Office and Guest Services standard operating procedures. Maintain good working relationships and open lines of communication with all departments. Maintain continuous contact with hotel guests to ensure that any problems or complaints are handled quickly, efficiently and courteously. Extensive Guest Services experience required. Weekend and holiday availability required. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a clean driving record.
