Overview

Previous experience required. Knowledge of Food Safety and the ability to prepare all the components of cold appetizers, ranging from salads to cheese plates, cold Hors D'oeuvres, cold sandwiches and present them wonderfully. Excellent knife skills and should be an expert in dicing, carving and chopping; able to do simple carvings and garnishes. Work in coordination with other line cooks, be a team player. Must be well organized with great presentation and sanitation skills. Available to work weekends and holidays. Culinary graduate or apprenticeship preferred
